Turkish electro-pop singer Burakbey released his new single “pürhayal” that takes you on a dream-like journey through cosmos.
Burakbey released his new single “pürhayal” meaning “full of dream(s)”. It questions truth and dream through a disco diva and bedouin on its surreal music video. Its producers are Şener Engin and Zeynep Oktar.

Burakbey is a Turkish electro-pop singer that stands out with his unique kind of music. He was inspired by his father, who was the lead of an Anatolian-rock band at his youth.
His debut single “Canın Nasıl İsterse” which means “however you like” in Turkish is a dance-rock song. It was released independently in 2019. Also, Turkish director and screenwriter Melikşah Altuntaş, actresses Berrak Tüzünataç and Özge Özpirinçci, and LGBT activist Madır Öktiş appeared on the music video of the song.
After his dance-rock era, Burakbey later went on with his first electro-pop single “sarbeni”. The title of the song is a wordplay between two expressions both can be interpreted as “hug/embrace me” and “wrap me” as in wrapping a tobacco.
Later, he released his third single “uyurgezer” meaning “sleepwalker” in Turkish. It is also second single of the eloctro-pop audio and visual anthology of the singer, based on his dreams and inspired by his childhood electro-pop and experimental songs.
